For clients who require a comprehensive care plan, we offer full packages of care through Personalised Health Budgets, Integrated Care Boards, Private funders, Case Managers, and Local Authorities. Our team works collaboratively with commissioners, clients and their families to create a comprehensive care plan that addresses all their needs and preferences.

We recognise that some clients may require specific services that are tailored to their unique needs. For this reason, we also offer individual core services that can be customised to suit the needs of each client. Our healthcare professionals work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and to develop a care plan that meets these requirements.

    Person-centred complex and personal care needs require comprehensive training to be carried out to meet the needs of the client.

    Person-centred and individualised risk assessments.

  • Assessment of needs

    Person centred assessment to identify needs of the client.

  • Medication administration record transcription

    MAR charts transcribed by a registered nurse.

  • Care planning

    Person-centred care planning, and implementation devised and signed off with client.

  • On call management services

    24 hour clinical on call services offered out of hours.

  • General clinical oversight management

    Agreed management services to meet client’s needs.

  • Health care assistants

    We can provide fast and efficient contingency staffing.

  • Recruitment services

    Advertisement of staff, DBS management, and reference requests.

  • Payroll

    We can run your team’s payroll, ensuring all team members are paid accurately and on time.

  • Rota management

    We can assist with rota planning to ensure your care needs are covered appropriately.

  • Holiday planning

    We can assist with rota management and contingency staff planning (subject to availability).

  • Team meetings

    Our operations manager and/or nurse can undertake and lead a team meeting. This is a great opportunity to communicate with your team, cascade information, ensure understanding and aid team morale.

  • Supervisions

    Our Nurse and Operations Manager can undertake supervisions for your staff to ensure they are happy, assist with any training needs/concerns and feedback to you.

  • Electronic care documentation records available

    These include observation charts, safety check forms, care plans and medication charts. Please request full available list of documents. We are also able to devise documentation specific to your needs.

  • Staff satisfaction surveys

    We will undertake a survey with your staff, analyse the results and produce an action plan.
